Delivery Policy

Delivery arrangement

The order will be confirmed before delivery.

Only ONE delivery address will be accepted for a single order.

Delivery is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles or with no legal unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address or with no legal unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address.

Free delivery for order over HKD$500

For order below HKD$500, a standard delivery fee $50 will be charged.

Generally, it takes 3-4working days for order processing before delivery.

You shall receive an order confirmation email via your registered email soon after placing your order.

Delivery is not available on Sunday & Statutory Holidays.

The deliveries may be delayed or suspended on days of bad weather conditions or closed roads. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible for rescheduling delivery.
